Cicada sponsors BrightonSEO again

Cicada sponsors BrightonSEO again! We’re sponsoring the brilliant BrightonSEO conference again!

Coming up on April 12th, for the first time it’s running as a multi-track event.

Never heard of BrightonSEO? It’s the brainchild of Kelvin Newman from Brighton SEO agency SiteVisibility, who also runs the very good Internet Marketing Podcast.

A little bit of history

The conference started as a free meetup in a room above a pub in Brighton in 2010. It runs twice per year, has grown to over 1,500 attendees and is still free although tickets get snapped up within 30 minutes or so of becoming available.

The conference needs sponsors to keep it free and since we’ve got so much out of it, it seemed like the right thing to do. We sponsored the September 2012 conference and we’re doing the same for this April.

One of the benefits for conference sponsors is that they get 10 free tickets. If you’d like to come along feel free get in touch and ask for one. First come first served!

We’re also sponsoring the charity roundtable

A recent development is that as well as running specialist training sessions the day before, the conference also now includes sector ’roundtable’ events. These are a more targeted way of networking and sharing best practice, and I’m delighted to tell you that we are hosting the charity & NGO roundtable.

Watch this space for news and updates about this great two day event.
